1. Service Use
Deluxe provides luxury limousine and black car transportation services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Our services are intended for clients who are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
2. Reservations & Payments
- All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or email.
- A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the fare.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
4. Delays & Wait Time
- Deluxe is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- A grace period of 15 minutes is included for standard pickups. Additional wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
5. Conduct & Safety
- Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the ride.
- Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- The company reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately without refund if the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle is threatened.
6. Vehicle Damage
Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the ride.
7. Limitation of Liability
Deluxe is not liable for:
- Personal items left in the vehicle.
- Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Modifications
Deluxe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
